03 User-Generated Content

VishLink does not claim ownership of your content; however, by using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive, limited license to host and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and serving your links.
Free and Paid temporary links generated on VishLink may expire after up to 10 days. VishLink is not responsible for any loss of data, access, or availability resulting from the expiration of those links.
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates our community standards, applicable laws, or legal requirements, without prior notice.
If you require a truly permanent link, please use the “Permanent Link” button, fill out the form that opens, and pay the amount specified.

04 Limitations of Liability

In no event shall VishLink be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform.
